ABSTRACT

The present Study in of psychological well-being of Open and SC/ST/Baxi category working men in Surat industrial area. The total sample consisted of 120 Open and 120 SC/ST/Baxi category working men in Surat industrial area. The sample was selected from randomly. psychological well-being by Bholge and Prakash (1995) were used for data collection. the collected data were analyzed by F- test statistical technique at 0.01 level of significance and 2×3×2 factorial design was used.
