Dysfunctional Behaviour as Function of Conflictive Thoughts

ABSTRACT
Aim of the study is to find out whether the dysfunctional behavior of students are affect by conflictive thoughts, for this investigation Participants of 200 subjects was selected for this study through randomize sampling, in which 100 students were who experience high level of conflictive thoughts and another 100 student were be who experience low level of conflictive thoughts. To assess the Conflictive Thoughts the Conflictive Thoughts Analysis Inventory, constructed by C. G Deshpande and Dysfunctional behaviour of students was determined on the score obtained from the norms given in the Psycho-Physiological State Inventory (PPSI–VS) by Sanjay Vohra were used, mean, S.D. and ‘t’ test was applied to find out the difference between groups. The result obtained through the study showed Students who experience high level of conflictive thoughts exhibit higher dysfunctional behavior than students who experience low level of conflictive thoughts.
