A Study of Family Environment of Gujarati and English Medium School Students

ABSTRACT
The present research is designed to study the family Environment of Gujarati and English medium school students of primary level in relation to their gender. The sample consisted of 200 students of Bhavnagar city. Out of which 100 were Gujarati medium school students (50 Boys and 50 Girls) and 100 were English medium school students (50 Boys and 50 Girls).Scale was use for data collection is Family Environment Scale by Dr. Harpreet Bhatia and Dr. N. K. Chadha. Data was analyzed by ‘t’ test. Result show, there is significant mean difference between the Gujarati and English medium school students of primary level in relation to Family Environment level and there is significant mean difference between the boys and Girls students of primary level in relation to Family Environment level.
