ABSTRACT
From time immortal, study of religion and its contribution to society has attracted large numbers of scholars who have contributed in the same way or other to understand the teachings and the subject per se. This paper is an attempt to understand the psychological manifestation of the teachings of major religions (i.e. Christianity, Islam and Hinduism) in Context of concept of war and Military Ethos. The aim is to compare the philosophy of each of these religions and try to understand the quintessence of psychological warfare based on the teachings of the Holy Scriptures. Also, endeavour will be to draw out the leanings from the events of the history in context of the subject which will help us to mould our future course of action.
