Despite of having a technological environment; they feel alone, stressed, isolated and anxious, etc. These things happen when the person uses such types of platforms unnecessarily. The way physical interaction amused people, technology can never. No matter how many technologies gripped us, the importance of physical interaction will remain the same. No matter how progressive we become, we need people to discuss problems, share laughter, and sometimes joke. The main objective of this paper is to examine the impact of social media on the mental health of the Youth.
