Understanding the Affective, Behavioural and Cognitive Changes in Educators Post the Covid-19 Lockdown

ABSTRACT
The purpose of the current qualitative research was to identify and evaluate the viewpoints of public and private school teachers regarding the affective, behavioural, and cognitive changes they underwent during the COVID-19 pandemic and how it has changed after the reopening of schools. For this purpose, 8 teachers from both public and private schools were approached to understand their respective viewpoints regarding these changes. The responses were collected via google forms and interpreted. The finding shave been discussed within the framework of previous research. The findings of the Current research has significant implications in the study of the effects of the pandemic on learning and the field of education.
