Excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmitter imbalance is frequently seen in epilepsy, which raises the risk of uncontrolled neuronal firing and increases neuronal excitability. Our conclusion in this review is a very complicated medical condition. Many effective to management of epilepsy in neurodegenerative disorder, and know deep brain stimulating therapy came into existence to treat the frequency and intensity of seizures in epileptic patients.
