Results and Conclusion: Approximately 31.8% of adolescents were having poor well-being and around 18.5% were having poor overall school adjustment, for specific domains (social, educational and emotional) highest prevalence was found in the domain of social adjustment (30%), followed by educational, and emotional domain with 20.9%, and 20.1% respectively Moreover, there is negative correlation between well-being and adjustment (r=-.555, p<0.01).
