ABSTRACT
Marital satisfaction is strongly influenced by sexual satisfaction and effective communication between partners. Despite its significance, premarital counseling often lacks a comprehensive theoretical model that explicitly integrates these two critical dimensions. Addressing this gap, this study proposes a novel, action-oriented model designed to enhance sexual satisfaction and communication within couples undergoing premarital counseling. This model incorporates psychoeducation alongside practical interventions to foster healthy marital relationships. Subject matter experts contributed to refining the framework, and their feedback is included in the supplementary material. Future research will involve pilot testing to assess its effectiveness in improving communication and intimacy among couples. Given the limited research in this domain, this study opens new avenues for further exploration in marital counseling.
