ABSTRACT
Sands of Mind Theory, presents a psychological-philosophical interpretation of parallel dimensions. Contrary to conventional multiverse theories that assume infinite realities, it posits that the number of dimensions is finite and directly linked to the range of human personality types. Drawing from the Myers–Briggs framework of sixteen personalities, the theory suggests that each represents a distinct version of the self-existing across corresponding dimensions. Symbolized by an hourglass, the model situates the most positive and negative versions of the self at opposite poles, with the balanced, ideal state residing at the central axis. Within this framework, déjà vu is understood as a moment of dimensional alignment, while canon events are transformative experiences capable of shifting one’s dimensional trajectory. The theory does not refute established scientific explanations of déjà vu but offers an alternative lens through which consciousness and personality may intersect with metaphysical structure. As an evolving concept, the Sands of Mind Theory remains in its early, exploratory phase.
