Recusal Policy

In all such cases:

1.      The concerned editor shall be completely recused from the editorial and peer-review process of the manuscript.

2.      The editor-author will not:

o   access reviewer identities,

o   participate in editorial discussions,

o   influence editorial decisions, or

o   access confidential manuscript records during review.

3.      The manuscript shall be assigned to an independent handling editor who has no conflict of interest with the author(s).
