ABSTRACT
Examines the capacity for transformation of educational technology (EdTech) in promoting equity in learning environments while highlighting the persistent challenges that marginalized communities face, including digital divides, limited access to resources, and socioeconomic disparities that impede educational attainment. The quick adoption of technology in the classroom has created new opportunities for students of all backgrounds and skill levels to succeed and for diversity promotion. In order to provide fair access and specialized support for a range of student requirements, this manuscript examines how digital technology and innovations might remove obstacles to learning. With an emphasis on assistive technology, adaptive learning platforms, and innovative technologies such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and artificial intelligence (AI), this manuscript explores the relationship between technology and inclusive pedagogy. It assists educators in developing collaborative, interesting, and accessible learning environments by utilizing empirically supported methodologies, real-world case studies, and practical tactics. Digital equity, teacher readiness, and ethical issues like data security and privacy are only a few of the significant subjects covered in this chapter. By providing readers with useful concepts and viewpoints, it functions as a comprehensive resource for converting classrooms into inclusive environments where each student can realize their full potential.
