ABSTRACT
This research aims to assess the connection between academic procrastination and locus of control among secondary students of Prayagraj district in Uttar Pradesh. A sample of 250 students from different secondary schools in Prayagraj district in Uttar Pradesh was used, and data was collected on academic procrastination and locus of control parameters. The findings revealed a significant and positive relationship between students’ levels of academic procrastination and their locus of control. The study suggests that reducing academic procrastination among secondary students and enhancing their locus of control can positively impact them.
