Body Language in Workplace

ABSTRACT
Body language is a form of non-verbal communication which encompasses gestures, eye movements, facial expressions, and body posture. Body language in the workplace has not been given enough regard as it is one the most important factors to communicate in the organisation. This literature review aims at seeing the importance of body language at the workplace. It was seen that body language plays a pivotal role in having successful conversations at the workplace. Not only that, it was also seen that body language is important all spheres of life, for communication. Culture was observed to have a major role in determining the type of body language to be implemented.
