Effectiveness of Mindfulness on Conduct Disorders in Children

ABSTRACT
The present research aims to study the effectiveness of mindfulness on Indian children with conduct disorder. Single case A-B-A research design was used in this study. Two standardized a psychometric test that is Childhood Adolescent Mindfulness Measure (CAMM) and Childhood Psychopathology Measurement Scale (CPMS) were used for screening and diagnostic purposes. Five children in the age group 10 to 13 were recruited from a number of potential candidates. Descriptive analysis (Mean, SD and percentage change) and inferential statistical analysis (Mann Whitney U Test) was used to analyse the results. Thus, the findings of this study demonstrate statistically significant differences in post mindfulness treatment of conduct disorder.
