For the study, 120 employees (60 private and 60 health) were chosen from both the private and health sectors in India. The standardized measures of ‘Employee wellbeing scale,’ ‘Perceived stress level scale,’ and ‘Job satisfaction scale’ were utilized to collect responses using an online survey questionnaire. The Pearson correlation approach and t- statistics were used to analyses the data. According to the study’s findings, there is a positive relationship between employee well-being, occupational stress, and job satisfaction.
