ABSTRACT

This research explores the transformative impact of Integral Yoga Psychology on the personal growth of teachers and its influence on students in educational settings. Rooted in the profound teachings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, Integral Yoga Psychology intertwines physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions to foster holistic well-being.
