ABSTRACT
Mobile phones have become indispensable tools in the modern world, revolutionizing communication, work, and entertainment. However, excessive use of mobile phones poses significant psychological risks, including addiction, anxiety, depression, and cognitive impairments. This article explores the psychological dangers of mobile phone overuse, highlighting its impact on mental health and well-being. By examining the causes, effects, and possible interventions, this study aims to raise awareness and provide strategies to mitigate these risks.
