The Impact of Three Good Things Activity and Rays of Optimism in Orphan Adolescents

ABSTRACT
The present study aims to assess the impact of Three Good Things Activity on the level of optimism among orphan adolescents. The study was carried out on 200 orphans and 25 participants sorted out of them on the basis of low level of Optimism responses were collected from orphans adolescents on the basis of questionnaire. Life Orientation Test-R (LOT-R) scales were used to gather the data. Paired sample T-test was employed to assess the impact of TGT Experiment on optimism. The result of the study showed a significant difference between pre and post optimism mean scores.
