ABSTRACT
The objective of the present study is to know the effect of values on the personality of higher Secondary Level Students. A total of 100 students of class 11th and 12th of higher secondary level of Durg District have been selected for this study. Random method has been used for sampling in which 50 boys and 40 girls have been selected who are studying in various government and non-government schools. To measure the personality traits, Cattle’s 16 personality Factor Questionnaire (Hindi version SD Kapoor formal). Personal Values Questionnaire, Detu (G.P Sharry and R.P. Ojha) scale have been administered. To test the hypotheses and analyze the data, mean, standard deviation and correlation statistical techniques were used and the conclusion was obtained that values directly influence the personality of students at higher secondary level.
