ABSTRACT
The present study aims to explore the effect of career conflict on gender in board students of Nainital, District of Uttarakhand. The sample size taken for the study is 100, consisting of 50 boys and 50 girls who are studying in government and private school. The assessment of career conflict has been done by career conflict scale developed and standarized by Dr. Aneet Kumar and Rekha (2015) The factors that have been considered are related to social, educational, personal, Work Culture and Gender. For statistical analysis t-test was used. Finding shows that there is no significant effect on the gender of the Board students in to their Career Conflict.
