ABSTRACT
This research delves into the relationship between attachment style and interpersonal emotion regulation among married couples in Mumbai. A sample of 300 couples participated, providing insight into on how attachment styles influence emotion management in marital contexts. Employing a quantitative approach, including self-report measures and observational data, the study seeks a nuanced understanding of these intricate dynamics.
