The impact of empathy and personality on academic achievement among secondary school students

ABSTRACT

The aim of this research is to study the impact of Empathy and Personality on academic achievement among secondary school students and it is also assess the level of these factors. Data was collected through purposive sampling from students of Kota city. Mean, SD, Pearson and other statistical techniques used for analysing the data. The finding of the research showed that students were having ‘below Average’ Empathy level in testing and ‘highly unstable’ level of personality in testing. This study also showed that there is positive correlation of empathy and personality on academic achievement among secondary school students.
